Gi had just hung up with Mecca, before she decided it was time for her to go home. London was still with her and daylight had crept up on them a long time ago.

“Alright come on” Gi said looking at Cal sleeping peacefully, but talking to London.

London sighed. “You’re ready” she asked stretching in her seat.

“Yeah I’ll come back later, but right now I need to get some shut eye.” Gi said grabbing her purse. She walked over to the bed and kissed Cal on his forehead. “Let’s go” Gi said as London followed her out of the door.

Stepping outside, Gi was ready to go home and hit the sack. She’d had enough for one day. “We’re going to my house to rest for a little while.” She said as they hopped in the car and pulled off.

“That’s cool” London said sitting back. “So does this mean I'm not going back to school” she asked with a glimmer of hope in her eyes.

“Oh, you’re going back; just not right now” Gi said letting her know that shit hadn’t changed. “You are definitely getting up out of here.” She added.

London sucked her teeth and laid her head back in the seat. “Well you can’t blame a girl for trying.” She said. “Can we at least grab something to eat? I’m about to starve.” She added.

“Yeah we can do that.” Gi said smiling at her little sister.
